Kitchen should be in Agni moolai (1st priority) followed by vaayu moolai with various parts occupying various positions.
Bedroom
If you are a student, it is advicable to place your head on east this will give positive vibes and have positive effects on our brain.
Pooja room
No weight should be placed in the vaayu moolai... It will affect the cosmic rays and have effect on the economical status of the house.
Beuro
It can be placed in southwest corner with south or west wall followed by north west corner in north wall facing east side.
staircase
Inside – middle of south and west wall, stairs can be placed, Not in any corner of house
Outside – except north east corner, stairs can be placed anywhere
Watertank
It should be in southwest... The weight object should be placed in south west corner
